Our story

Built on relationships

Owners Kara Powell and Stacy Hoyt are physical therapists with deep roots in San Antonio's medical and sports communities, and in the Alamo Heights neighborhood itself.

After years of building and leading clinics across the city, they opened Alamo PT with a simple goal: provide quality physical therapy with real, personal attention, using advanced evidence-based techniques, in a location that's easy to reach from central San Antonio.
